Run. Jump. Crawl. Kick. Sweat. In this fun but intense class you’ll be one part agile ninja and one part playful monkey. Strengthening from the core outward, this total-body workout ignites your metabolism and proves sweating can be fun!
Total Body Fusion
This class is a unique combination of TRX, HIIT, strength, balance and flexibility training. You’ll work muscles you forgot you had, becoming more agile and balanced while building lean muscleand toning your entire body.

We start with a fitness consultation that offers a detailed health, fitness and movement assessment ($100 cost, waived if you sign up for 1:1 or semi-private training)
