Total Body Fusion(Level 1 and 2 Training)

This is a total-body class that combines strength, cardio, core and mobility training. This class incorporates a unique mix of kettlebells, TRX, jump rope, medicine balls, the heavy rope, sandbags, and your own body weight! Strength and Mobility(Level 1 and 2 Training)

This class moves at a precise, careful pace, designed to improve technical proficiency in various basic movement patterns along with the body awareness, muscular recruitments, and motor control that is required for executing strength exercises like pull-ups, dips, push-ups, handstands, back- and forward bends, heavy squats, and more. We take an approach that accommodates any level of training experience, old injuries, or stiffness, finding the weakest links and developing qualities of strength, power flexibility, and coordination throughout the lower body, upper body, and core.
