So, who are we?

We have been athletic and active our entire lives. Between the two of us, we have taught hundreds of group classes and provided as many hours of one-on-one training. Everyday we see the benefits people get from working out and eating right.

We started Fuse Fitness in 2011 with the idea that working out could be fun as well as functional. We wanted to create a challenging, yet noncompetitive environment where people could push themselves to get stronger, faster, more flexible and more agile.

If you are like us, you are busy with work, family and friends. An hour in any given day is precious which is why we believe it is important to Train Smarter . Working out regularly with us will help you Live Better, gaining the energy and strength to meet life head on.
